    A romantic property, clean, excellent and perfect location in the center of the action. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a wonderful bathroom and a balcony overlooking the gardens and a separate shower and care about everyone. It has so very friendly personnel from reception to service. The hotel has the restaurant for lunch.

    Fine palace vibes!

    We stayed for 4 nights and loved it! Room 500 had amazing views of the pool and Tagus River. The staff were all super friendly, especially Joao from room service. Breakfast was on point, and the bar was a cool spot to hang out. Just wish the pool chairs weren't right on the grass with flies buzzing around.

    The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the concierge-team. they were not just amazingly supportive in every way but did everything with joy and were even really funny. you always had the feeling that everybody does the best and even rushes to make you feel most comfortable. the garden/park with the pool are unique and make the whole place really amazing, you absolutely feel like in a palace. the view over the garden to the river is just breathtaking. we had a wonderful stay and could not have chosen better.

    Our stay at the Olissippo was absolutely wonderful. The minute we drove in we felt welcome. The staff at reception were friendly and accomadating. Even though we were very early to check in after a short wait we were allowed into our room which was much appreciated after a long and tiring flight. Throughout our 3 day stay we found ALL THE STAFF to be very helpful and friendly. Thank you to all!!!!
